All events will consist of approximately 97% trails or forest service roads and 3% paved roads.
The course is a 50 mile loop.
100 milers will complete 2 laps of the course.
50 mile solo runners and relays will complete 1 lap of the course
The course is runnable for the entire distance.

Course Changes for 2010
No course changes are expected for this year’s race. The route remains a 50 Mile loop of the diverse Squamish network of trails. The 100 Mile runners repeat the entire 50 Mile circuit.
Facilities
Washrooms, change rooms & shower facilities are on site at the start & finish area.
Your entry fee gets you access to the shower facilities at the Brennan Park Recreation Centre (1009 Centennial Way, Squamish, BC)
Use of the pool, hot tub, and sauna is permitted with the purchase of a daily pass.
Lots of parking available.
Overnight parking not allowed with the exception of 100 Mile participants and their crews
Washrooms are located at the start/finish area, Alice Lake Provincial Park and the Powerhouse Aid Station
